Philosophy
I am a speech-language pathologist in St. Albert, AB. I offer home-based services for preschool and school-aged children in St. Albert and the greater Edmonton area.
I am passionate about communication and have a desire to help others grow and reach their full potential. Children learn best when they are having fun so I strive to bring play, exploration and excitement to the "hard work" of learning to communicate. I endeavour to introduce speech and language skills within a child-focused environment.
I enjoy helping family members and caregivers learn how they can be an important part of a child's speech and language development. Many communication skills can be targeted during everyday routines. I love to work with families to discover how they can integrate speech and language practice into activities they are already doing at home!
